Pyefleet Boat Sales worked hard to promote the SeaHawk, which they spelt as two words. The material here, a quarter-page display advert, on the left, and handbill are part of that effort. As can be seen, both show a pictures that were clearly taken on the same outing. The crew, background scenery and weather are the same.
The handbill, echoing the advert, supported the other promotion activities, such as the stands taken at different shows. Their efforts must to have caused the rash of magazine articles that appeared in the boating press around that time. Examples from this period include those that appeared in Practical Boat Owner and Boat Mart.
